The BCTF has served notice today that a third round of rotating strikes is planned for next week. Teachers in our district will be striking next Friday, June 13th. In the event that a settlement is reached prior to the 13th the strike would be cancelled.
In the interest of student safety, parents are asked to keep their children home and not drop them off or have them attend at schools Friday, June 13th, 2014. District buses will not be running on the 13th.
