Anne Roberts Young was the first registered nurse in the North Peace. She arrived from England in 1930 and worked at the Grandhaven Red Cross Outpost. Through her 25 year career she delivered more than 300 children.
Anne Roberts Young Elementary School is currently under construction and located across the street from the Fort St John Hospital & Peace Villa.
ARY Elementary is scheduled to open in the Fall of 2020.
