Good Monday morning all.
This is to inform you that the performance issues for traffic going through Fort St John’s RNC have been fixed.
Following a vendor fibre repair, service was returned to its original route therefore eliminating packet-loss and latency from our circuits.
Since Saturday Feb 4th at about 7:00PM, performance should be back to its normal levels.
We regret the inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience.
