Please leave a message if no one answers as we are often assisting others on the phone and we will get to you as soon as possible. Staff will create a work ticket for each call and if we are unable to resolve the issue during the call we will provide you with the ticket number as a reference.

Work Orders can also be created by any staff member using their DWL username and password (windows, network shares, moodle, helpdesk) at

http://helpdesk.prn.bc.ca

Please check with your office staff as some sites have specific procedures for their staff on work orders.
